Welcome to Becoming You!

Over the past year or so I have had the chance to interview 30+ leaders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. Throughout this journey I have discovered more about the attitude that is required for both success in business and in life. I have realized that the most successful people are not standoffish and arrogant but rather humble and curious. In this blog, I will post about what I have learned from each person that I have interviewed. Every summary will have 5 short lessons (or Fast Fives) that I have learned from every leader as well as a short snippet of who they were and where I was on my interviewing journey.

In addition, I have been starting a new interview series called "Becoming You" where I am interviewing people from all walks of life including nurses, videographers, and entrepreneurs. Overall, with my leadership interviews and my new "Becoming You" interviews I am looking forward to sharing what I've learned and allowing people to discover more about how to both be successful while also harnessing your own inner strengths.
